You can use this button in following cases:
1. When the Response is submitted but the score is not synced
2. When Submission is not done

Extended Forms users can add Support Email inside Personal/Team brand Settings.
This support email address will be visible on Welcome Screen and added as reply-to in every invite emails for all the forms created under that team or personal account.
This Support Email for an Individual Form can be overwritten inside Form Setting section for individual Forms.
Form Respondents may reach on this email for any queries related to exam, result etc.
